- Business strategy
- Tactical, marketing HR and other key plans
- Historical data (financials, operations, etc)
- Company assessment (SWOT or other)
- Meet key Company leadership and management
- Program Development
- Agree on Key Initiatives for Advisory Board Attention
- Define Initiatives, Set Goals, Plan Milestones and Discuss Resource Requirements
- Draft Initial Advisory Board Program
- Ongoing Advisory Activities
- Regular Program Review (meetings)
- Assist with select outside relationships
- General discussion of current operations and business issues
- Revise Advisory Board Program as required
- Advisory Board meetings 3 – 4 times per year
- Available for phone calls and informal discussions
- Annual review of progress and process
- Report back to the Valley Advisory Group
