• Specializing in education administration management, municipal and economic development advocacy, consultation and power networking.

• C.E.O. of a non-profit trade association and was also C.E.O. of an authorized maintenance center for Rolls Royce Allison turbine aircraft engines

• Expertise in process improvement and performance management and transforming both domestic and international organizations.

• Leading edge expertise in market and financial feasibility studies; business analysis and planning; and business process engineering to multiple industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, automotive, publishing and health care. 

• Founded and established The Retirement Management Institute and the Leadership Counsel Program both of which still serve as foundations for current brokerage firm operations. 

• 40 years of domestic and international sales, marketing and business development experience.  He was the founding President and C.E.O. of Symantec and an original member of the National Semiconductor data security group.

• 14 years at JPL responsible to NASA for the management of the unmanned space program.   18 years at IBM where he served in executive planning positions in Marketing, Development, Marketing Group, Product Group and Corporate Headquarters. 

• Advertising for a major apparel manufacturer, plant manager of a printing concern and marketing manager of a large printing and packaging firm led to becoming publisher of America West Airlines Magazine.

• Founder and C.E.O. of a private investment banking firm.  He has founded and/or directed companies in many industries and has taught at the graduate level in university business schools and served on the boards of a variety of private companies and foundations.
